Ayurveda centers are famous for their unique treatment methods and the types of medicines which the use in their treatment process. There are different types of oils which are used to core different ailments. Some of the oils used in the massage process are camphor, mustard, neem and castor. Powdered herbs, bark of trees and nuts are then added to these oils to prepare a suitable composition for massage. The Ayurvedic practitioner usually uses his or her hands in the massage process but it is also fond that cloth and poultices are also used.
