While Ottawa is the capital of Canada, the largest city of the country is Toronto. Though English and French are the official languages of Canada, one can also find a number of regional languages in Canada. There are six time zones in Canada. Canadian Dollar is the currency of Canada.

Canada is divided into 10 distinct provinces and 3 unique territories. Canada is the country of Lakes. The country has, by far, more lakes than any other county of the world. The country has got a number of lakes, rivers and mountains. Canada also has large amount of fresh water of the world. In the southeast, there are the Great Lakes and Saint Lawrence River which flows past the most densely populated part of Canada, the Quebec City-Windsor Corridor. The broad Canadian Shield, an area of rock scoured, is located to the north of this region.

Climate of Canada
